Principles of ALESTA
1. Alesta Business Club is a platform established to benefit its member businesspeople.
2. The primary purpose of Alesta’s existence is to provide its member businesspeople with necessary services, such as education, guidance, organization, and consulting, in order to increase their productivity during their membership periods.
3. Alesta is only a business-oriented platform and evaluates its members based on the qualities they represent in their profession categories, regardless of their characteristics such as language, religion, gender, political opinion, ethnic origin, marital status, sexual preference, age, or physical disability. Any member whose activity violates this will not be permitted to continue their activities and their membership will be terminated immediately without compensation.
4. Businesspeople who are members of Alesta accept in advance that they will apply basic ethical values such as honesty, accuracy, ethics, good faith, non-abuse of trust, assumption of responsibility, and positivity to other members and their references during their membership periods. Memberships of those found to be conducting activities outside of ethical and moral values are terminated without compensation.
5. Alesta is based on the principle of benefiting all members and each member benefiting other members. From this point of view, the aim is to increase total benefit and enable each member to maximize their return from the system.
6. It is a requirement to have the positive reference of at least one current member in order to participate as a visitor in one of Alesta’s organizations.
